At Hivar  customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of food products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Returns

Food products cannot be returned once delivered due to hygiene and food safety regulations, except in the following cases:

Product received in damaged condition

Wrong product delivered

Product received with manufacturing defects

Package tampered during transit

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your Order Number.

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

The issue will be reviewed by our support team.

Refund Process

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Hivar Global Foods may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Opened or partially consumed products

International Orders

For international shipments:

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported food products comply with local regulations.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
